- Codero Channel - After José Cordero, draughtsman on Galiano's expedition of 1792.
- Loughborough Inlet - Between Knight Inlet and Bute Inlet (C-7). Named by Vancouver after Alexander Wedderburn, first Baron of Loughborough(1733-1805), a diligent Scot
- who took elocution lessons from Sheridan to rid himself of his accent and rose to be Lord Chancellor of England and Earl of Rosslyn.
- Thurlow Islands - Named by Captain Vancouver after Edward, first Baron Thurlow (1731-1806). He became Lord Chancellor of England in 1778.
- Of him it was said, 'No man ever was so wise as Thurlow looks.'
