- Moberly Lake - Named after Henry Moberly, brother of Walter (see preceding entry). Henry spent many years in the Peace River country as an HBC employee, free trader, trapper, and prospector.
- In 1865 he built himself 'a comfortable shack' on the shore of Moberly Lake. Like his brother, he wrote a book of reminiscences, his being entitled When Fur Was King.
