Our outdoor faucet handle needed the right size screw to be secured on its base. Not being able to figure it out we went to Havelock Home Hardware for help. A fantastic employee, Jasmine, allowed us to disassemble a faucet/valve product just to measure the screw size. 2 minutes later she handed a package of 10-24 1/2 inch round head machine screw saying 'Problem solved.' Incredible service, thank you Jasmine!
